The Ronald Clarkson Scholarship Fund
Supporting educational grants for Lodge members and their families.
The Ronald Clarkson Scholarship Fund was created to support educational grants for Concordia Lodge members and their families. The idea began in 1991 when Brother Herbert C. Archdeacon, P.M. and Brother William J. Greet discussed forming a scholarship fund supported by seed money and member contributions.
Brother Ronald Clarkson later expressed interest in making a significant contribution, and after his death on December 25, 1991, the fund was established in early 1992 under the terms of his will and by resolution and unanimous vote of Concordia Lodge. The Scholarship Committee made its first awards in 1992, and the fund has continued awarding educational grants since then.
